A training is one scenario assigned to a group of employees. A supported training is one we help you create, run, or both. Prices are in US dollars. Book a call to choose a plan and get started.
Every private plan includes
- A results dashboard: see how each person and group did across your trainings, with the evidence behind every judgement.
- A scenario editor to write your own scenarios and make them better over time. Review each run, refine the scenario and run it again, so your training improves every round instead of repeating the same material and the same problems.
How trainings work
A run is one employee going through one training: 50 employees and 2 trainings is 100 runs. A supported training covers one run for each employee in the group being trained, up to your plan's employee count. Practice runs while we prepare a supported training are free.
- Supported trainings: we help you create a new training, run one you have, or both. Your plan sets how many a year.
- Practise as much as you need while we get it right together, free.
- Write as many scenarios as you like in the scenario editor, and run them yourself any time at $6 per run.
- Every run ends with a written report for that person, citing the messages and actions behind every judgement.
Setup and support
Setup is paid once, in your first year.
- We meet your team.
- We train your admins and managers to run trainings the way that works best for your company.
- We support you on the product for as long as you're on a plan.
On the Small business intro, setup is lighter: one session to meet your team and train your admins, then email support.

Changes to Brace
Ask for changes to how Brace works, at no extra charge. We read every request. Whether we make a change is at logic.fm's sole discretion, and your ideas may end up in Brace.
